Paparazzi Kids Couture Return Policy  

Once a order is placed, it can not be cancelled. We will make every effort to adjust or modify an order to accommodate our customers. Please call the online support number on our contact page for assistance.

Our mission at Paparazzi Kids Couture is to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction. Our team members will do their best to assist you with your return or exchange, provided you adhere to the following procedures :

Please follow the following steps to make you return smooth as possible :

  1. You can give us a call at 416-937-0702 or email us at for a return request within 4 days after you receive your order (days of receipt is based on the online tracking information). As long as you email us within this time period, your return request will be accepted. When we receive your return request, we will email you a Return Authorization Number. Please do not return your item(s) without a Return Authorization Number. We WILL NOT ACCEPT any returns without a return authorization number.
  2. The purchased item must be returned and postmarked within 14 days after the issuance of the Return Authorization Number.
  3. Please note shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return for exchange or Online store credit only. We do not issue refunds.

Please make sure you meet the following requirements before you make an exchange:

  • Orders can only be exchanged one time.
  • Return merchandise must be in original shape, undamaged, with original tags attached.
  • Merchandise are carefully inspected by online return department . If an item is not returned in its original condition, we will not be authorize for return.
  • Returned items must have the authorization number written clearly on the outside of the box. Without it, the return will automatically be refused.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable .

We do not accept the following items for exchange or store credit:

  • Accessories are final sale – hair accessories headpieces, etc, purses, and gloves.
  • All footwear (soft bottom included) and undergarments are final sale – socks, tights, crinoline, etc…
  • Merchandise and packaging that is not in re-sellable condition
  • Merchandise that is damaged, used, and/or modified by customer.
  • Merchandise without all original tags attached as sold.
  • Merchandise that smells of food, tobacco smoke, or other odours

Adjustment Policy 

At, we reserve the right to modify prices without notice. All prices are stated at the time of purchase. Refunds or credits will not be given if items previously purchased has been markdown.
